At Carltons we are specialists in all aspects of estate planning, including preparing Wills and setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney.

If a family member or loved one is no longer able to deal with their financial affairs, for example due to an age related illness such as Dementia or Alzheimer's disease, we can help by dealing with the Court of Protection and ensuring that a trusted person can take over the handling of their affairs.
We also deal with contentious issues such as disputed Wills and Probate.

Making a Will
At Carltons we have the expertise in preparing a Will and guiding you through the legal procedure.
By making a Will, you can decide on the way your estate will be distributed on your death. You will be able to provide fairly for your loved ones and can also ensure that a trusted individual(s) of your choice will have the responsibility of administering your estate.

Probate
